The  Organizing Committee of the 3rd International Conference on 'Polar Climate and Environmental Change in the Last Millennium' is pleased to inform that the Conference will take place in a hybrid manner from 30th August to 1st September 2021.

The aim of the conference is to present scientific achievements and to identify gaps in the field of the historical climatology of the polar regions based on early meteorological observations, history, dendroclimatology, paleolimnology, geophysics, geomorphology, and other sources.

The Committee also proposed new deadline dates for registration and sending abstracts. For details, see https://polarclimate2020.umk.pl/pages/Important_dates/

According to the need for protection attendees, we have also changed the venue for the large hall located in the Nicolaus Copernicus University campus https://polarclimate2020.umk.pl/pages/venue/. Thanks to that, all safety procedures preventing SARS-CoV-2 infections will be preserved and align with the Nicolaus Copernicus University internal safety policies.

We are looking for your participation in the Conference.
