Microsoft has launched "AI for Earth," a program which use AI technology to amplify human ingenuity and advance sustainability around the globe. AI for Earth provides resource access grants, training opportunities, and highlights the science they push forwards. Climate change is one of the AI for Earth focus areas, and as such it may be of interest to many in Arctic science community. They plan to expand the educational opportunities to help researchers of all backgrounds benefit from their AI resources.
If you're an Arctic scientist ready to apply for a grant, AI for Earth is accepting applications with a next deadline of April 9.
