This plan has been developed by the MOSAiC Science Plan writing team during 2013-2016 and lays out the scientific vision and design of the MOSAiC initiative. The Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) is a key international flagship initiative under the auspices of the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC).
