The Arctic Observing Summit (AOS) is currently in the middle of a community-led revisioning process, and members of the Arctic observing community are invited to share their perspectives through a short survey.

The survey is open to everyone with an interest in Arctic observing, including scientists, Indigenous Knowledge holders, policy practitioners, funders, educators, and others. It is relevant both for those who have participated in AOS before and for those who may be considering taking part for the first time.

Feedback gathered through the survey will help inform decisions about the future of AOS, including its structure, priorities, hosting model, and governance. The aim is to ensure that AOS continues to serve the needs of the wider Arctic observing community and remains responsive to emerging priorities, perspectives, and forms of knowledge.

The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and will remain open until 12 July 2026.

Responses may be submitted anonymously. Providing an email address is not required, and email addresses will not be linked to survey responses.

Community input is essential to this process, and all those connected to Arctic observing are encouraged to contribute.
