The Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) has opened nominations for the APECS Mentorship Award 2026, which recognises individuals who have made outstanding contributions to mentoring early-career researchers in the polar and cryosphere sciences.
The award celebrates mentors who support professional development, inclusion, collaboration, and career growth within the international polar research community.
