The Arctic Council Secretariat (ACS) serves and supports the work of the Arctic Council, and in particular the successive Chairships of the Arctic Council. The ACS is currently composed of 14 employees with representation from almost every Arctic state, and is based at the Fram Centre in Tromsø, Norway www.arctic-council.org
The ACS is currently seeking an Administrative Advisor who can deliver broad administrative, financial, and HR support under the direction of the Head of Administration. The role requires strong coordination skills to manage archives, correspondence, inboxes, and to support the planning and logistics of Arctic Council and Chairship meetings and events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to handle diverse administrative tasks while supporting the ACS work plan efficiently.
