You are invited to participate in a survey organised to capture information on datasets, data repositories or data processes that are at risk as a consequence of funding or other constraints.
The survey is anonymous, but you can provide your name and email addresses at the end of the survey (voluntarily). If you provide this information, you are also giving permission for the organising group (see below) to contact you. Your IP address is not recorded in the survey.
The information collected will be made available in aggregated form (without traceable information to the respondent) to relevant stakeholders for mitigation. The organising group are the only individuals that will have access to all responses. If the survey is submitted without anonymity, only the organising group will have access to this information. Any further sharing of such information would need active consent of the individuals in question.
The survey platform is hosted by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute.
