Project Summary

Climate and Cryosphere Open Science Conference: The Changing Cryosphere: Science, Impacts and Adaptation will be held in Wellington, New Zealand 9-12 February 2026. The meeting will bring together scientists studying the global cryosphere and climate, in the Arctic, Antarctic and mountain areas. Conference topics are being developed by a Scientific Steering Committee, which IASC is welcome to join. Various working groups from sponsor organizations plan to coordinate sessions and hold business meetings and workshops. Further information is available at CliC2026.com.
